I feel as if this semester has been much more of a personal learning journey for me. While we did actually spend some class time working on system related stuff, such as firewalls and VM setups, I feel like I've gotten to the point where I'm content and comfortable with branching out on my own to work on my own projects. I've done some interesting stuff on my own this semester, from working with more advanced bash scripting to make my Linux user experience better, to some experimentation with network sockets, all the way to modifying source code of programs to make it more suit my own needs.
Since I've always been bad at keeping up with my documentation on a day to day basis (it feels too much like taking notes to me. I've always hated notes), this opus is going to be as it always has been. A collective resource for all of my trials for the semester.
