Wow, it appears I skipped 2016 in its entirety. Not that nothing was done… I just didn't document ANY of it.

Oh well…

the local/data.SEMESTER directory, which has lab46 group ownership, NEEDS to be 711. I was thinking just 710, but once the user changes group for their own directory, they get cut off. So 711 and we're good to go.
