Purpose
- The purpose here is to install the Ubuntu OS for usage
Necessities
- Access to the Internet
- Access to a thumb drive 4gb or more
- Ability to follow instructions
Procedure
- Go to Ubuntu.com and follow instructions
- I chose to make my hard drive dual boot because it was convienent

Musings
- With Ubuntu installed I did a bunch of neat things such as setting up accounts for other people in the household, and playing around with system settings. I did however end up breaking it beyond the point of no return. See experiments for what happens when you rm -rf.
