About the Job

CTG has an immediate need for a Recent Information Technology (IT) College Grads with our client located in Corning, New York. Multiple Openings!

This job involves the processing of global service requests along with routing to second level IT groups.

Educational Requirements

  • Associates Degree in IT-related Field Required.
  • IT Internship/co-op related experience a plus.

  • Remote Access Accounts
  • Organization of New Offices/Office Moves
  • ChangePoint Accounts
  • PBX Administration
  • Manage Clarify Database Accuracy
  • Billing Exceptions
