+this week we started getting into some deeper ideas for c programming though still not as far as i had hopped we would be by now. we learned scan functions as well as print functions to print variables as needed. the project was great as we got to put these things to use. from there i started to make a program that takes a number and multiplys its self as many times as the user wants. i plan on starting to try some GUI stuff on my own. im excited to see what the future projects are this semester.

-  * What action or concept of significance, as related to the course, did you experience on this date? +==Append A==
-  * Why was this significant? +after looking up plenty of GUI starter programs i have decided that the constructor to make GUIs in C is immensely  tougher then in some of the newer languages. from what i have seen a basic GUI window takes approximately 80 lines of code. this makes sense that it took so long to develop a GUI based operating system.
-  * What concepts are you dealing with that may not make perfect sense? +
-  * What challenges are you facing with respect to the course?+
