======Data Structures Journal====== ====January 27, 2015==== I feel a bit of déjà vu as the a new semester begins once again. Hopefully, the experience gained previously will have paved a path for success this spring, especially when it comes to data structures. I've never done very well at purely online or even hybrid classes, so this will be a rather hard challenge for me. I think establishing some kind of reminders system for myself might be a good idea seeing as I can't even remember that I had psychology immediately after sysprog this morning. Much like a car's brakes develop a slight bit of rust after not being used, I always find I'm a little rusty when it comes to C after every break. ====MONTH Day, YEAR==== This is a sample format for a dated entry. Please substitute the actual date for "Month Day, Year", and duplicate the level 4 heading to make additional entries. As an aid, feel free to use the following questions to help you generate content for your entries: * What action or concept of significance, as related to the course, did you experience on this date? * Why was this significant? * What concepts are you dealing with that may not make perfect sense? * What challenges are you facing with respect to the course? ======HPC Experience ][ Journal====== ====January 27, 2015==== HPC Experience ][? As in the **last** HPC Experience? It feels like I've only just started. Putting possible ideas for doing stuff this semester here, no guarantees. * Set up OpenStack with Dan * Get a preview copy of Mesosphere DCOS and set that up * Engage in a Plan 9 experience and write something in Go on Plan 9 * Write my own Hue light scheduler (IFTTT has been very flaky) ====MONTH Day, YEAR==== This is a sample format for a dated entry. We'll see if I can keep focus with all of these interesting classes, projects, and assignments. My prediction is I won't, but it should still be pretty awesome. ====MONTH Day, YEAR==== This is a sample format for a dated entry. The groups are made, the repo created, the work has begun. To wear the rust off a car's brakes you must drive it and I must do the same for C/programming in general. It shouldn't be too hard to get a somewhat frogger-like game up and running, so perhaps the small victories will give a feeling of overall success throughout the semester. ====MONTH Day, YEAR==== This is a sample format for a dated entry.
